The Gladys Harborth Animal Resource Center is the community leader in providing and promoting accessible subsidized spay and neuter services for pets in Bexar County. We advocate all pets be spayed or neutered which reduces overpopulation and provides healthier pets.
The Gladys Harborth Animal Resource Center is a coalition of: City of San Antonio Animal Care Services, the Animal Defense League of Texas, the Humane Society/SPCA of Bexar County, and the Veterinary Medical Association of Bexar County.
